Cosmic Breathwork

A harmonious blend of breath, sound, movement, meditation based in ancient yogic pranayama techniques.

Breath and body practices for healing

We warmly invite you to join us for a harmonious blend of breath, sound, movement and meditation practices based in ancient yogic pranayama techniques.

Discover the transformative power of time-honored ways of conscious movement and breathing that can enable you to navigate everyday life stressors, benefit more from exercise, and get more restful sleep.

Conscious breathing can even be a powerful tool to experience Non-Ordinary State of Consciousness (NOSC) while staying grounded in your body…an experience that can be mind-altering (psychedelic) without medicine.

Your Breath and Movement Coach

Hiram, experienced psychedelic facilitator as well as breath and movement coach, will teach you body movements as well as specific breathing techniques so you can use your breath and body as potent tools for emotional regulation.

About Hiram

I grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and currently live in Marina Del Rey, CA. My love for teaching breathwork stems from my personal journey. As a child with asthma, I found that Breathwork saved me from asthma's grip and enriched my life. I learned to regulate my breath and found great joy in classical singing techniques and playing woodwind instruments.

My journey with breathwork continued through singing and participating in ceremonies at a Native American Church in Puerto Rico. During a breathwork ceremony there I realized my breath's role as a bridge to the ultimate relaxation. I then started learning Pranayama coursework with experts like Michael Bijker and Akash Sehrawat. I also discovered the transformative benefits of Yoga and Pilates during my time at Manhattanville College in New York.

I teach with compassion, joy, and humor, allowing each breath to be a guide. Witnessing students unlock their potential and reconnect with their bodies is profound. I love seeing my teachings contribute to a healing ripple that goes beyond the individual out into the community.

Breathwork is vital for my emotional well-being. It enables me to navigate intense feelings and find clarity amid the turmoil of life. The deliberate rhythms of breathing act as a catalyst to release pent-up emotions and expand my consciousness.
